SYNDICATE DEMO PROGRAM

WE'LL SHIP DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR, TO TRY AT YOUR LAKE FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO OBLIGATION!


STEP 1 - SELECT

Select the eligible ski you'd like to try, make a customer account in our webstore and contact us by email on [email protected]. We make you a Demo order and send you a payment link. After we have received your payment we'll ship the ski directly to your door (If the requested size is available). The Demo Program Pick Up & Return service will be an additional €50,00.

STEP 2 - SKI

Ski it for 2 weeks as much as you want and let us know if you need help getting it dialed. We want you to get the best experience out on the lake with our HO Skis / Syndicate Demo Program.

STEP 3 - DECIDE

If you love it, keep it! Get a 10% Discount on your Demo Program ski and a €50,00 refund for the Pick Up & Return service you did not use. You can also send it back and order yourself a brand new one. If it's not right for you, simply send it back and get a full refund. You'd just pay for shipping!

1. KEEP IT

If you keep the Demo ski, you will be receiving a 10% refund on the ski and a €50,00 refund for the Pick Up & Return service on your credit card or bank account. Your standard shipping fee is automatically applied toward your purchase.

2. RETURN AND GET A FRESH ONE

If you want a brand new Syndicate ski, just contact us ([email protected]) and we will arange a Pick Up & Return and make you a refund for the amount of the ski on your Demo order (Once we haver received the Demo ski). You can order yourself a brand new ski on any moment now.

3. SEND IT BACK

If you don't like it, send us an email ([email protected]) and we'll assist you in getting the ski picked upped & returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Once we receive the Demo ski, we will refund the amount of the ski. You will only be charged for the €50,00 Pick Up & Return fee.

Q:WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE?

A:Our HO Skis / Syndicate Demo Program is for European customers only. For international skiers, check out the HO Sports US website to see about HO Skis / Syndicate Demo opportunities in the USA and other parts of the world!

Q:IT'S THURSDAY AND I AM HEADED TO THE LAKE FOR THE WEEKEND!

A:Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Contact the Buyski Europe customer service for express shipping ([email protected]). Express shipping charges will not be refunded.

Q:HOW DO I SEND A SKI OR BOOT BACK?

A:Buyski Europe will provide a Pick Up & Return service. Be sure to retain and not destroy packaging material as it will be needed for return shipping. All demo products shipped will require a signature for delivery. When returning, make sure all parts are put back in the box. This includes ski, VDS tip weight, fin box, fin and wing for skis. The courier will bring the return label with him. Easy does it!

If returned, the product will be given a quality/damage inspection to check for any excessive damage. Buyski Europe reserves the right to withhold up to €250,00 from the refund of a returned product to cover damage due to negligence (base/fin damage due to running aground, impacts, etc.) If damage is found, our Customer Service department will contact you regarding your refund.

Q:WHAT IF I FIND I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE SKI OR BOOT THAN WHAT I'VE DEMOED?

A:You can simply call, email or whatsapp our Customer Service to communicate your desired size. If you're confident in the new size, you can purchase it outright. If you'd like to Demo another size for 2 more weeks, you can! It will be treated as a separate Demo order.

Q:OOPS! I'VE DAMAGED THE DEMO PRODUCT BEYOND REASONABLE WEAR AND TEAR! WHAT DO I DO?

A:Send it back as normal, and our inspectors will determine the best course of action to take. If a ski or boot is damaged beyond further use, the repair expense will be subtracted from your deposit.

Q:CAN I DEMO OTHER HO PRODUCTS?

A:No, the HO Skis / Syndicate Demo Program includes only products listed on the demo page and are subject to availability. Other HO Skis, boots, soft goods, etc. are not part of this program.

Q:HAS THE DEMO SKI BEEN USED BEFORE?

A:Possibly but not necessary. However, all Ho Skis / Syndicate Demo skis are quality inspected before and after each Demo so you'll know you're on a top quality ski!
